Implementation of the Qur’an
Throughout the history of human civilization, the existence, dynamics and interactions between people, tribes and nations will always be regulated and influenced by norms, customs, teachings and religions and will certainly have a positive impact on their lives.

However, since the period of the arrival of Islam which began 14 centuries ago, the influence of Islamic teachings brought by a Messenger in the midst of the Arabs, has had a huge impact on humanity, both individually and communally.

The existence of the figure, a human being who is physically and spiritually complete, who is also dubbed as the speaking Qur’an, encourages every human being to strive to achieve his spiritual perfection, amidst his limitations as a mortal material being.

In every activity of his treatise and da’wah, the position of the Qur’an, in addition to the position of the Prophet himself, has become the spirit and guidance for every human being who wants to think.
Every surah, verse and letter contained in the Qur’an inspires humans to take the path of truth and build noble character.

Rasulullah SAW in every prophetic task, calls on every human being to unceasingly reach the highest position in his humanity, by humanizing humans.
And this is the essence of the call of the message divinely entrusted to him, SAW.
Located right in the middle of the Qur’an, (QS: Al Kahfi) is a verse that reads; “Walyatalaththaf,” (… “and let him be gentle,”).
Verse 19, in surah Al Kahfi is a call and command of Allah SWT to all humans to have a polite character and behave gently towards all His creatures.

The existence of the mosque as the center of prophetic activity and at the same time the spread of the holy treatise began with the establishment of the Prophet’s Mosque located in the city of Yastrib, which was later renamed by the Prophet Muhammad by the name “Medina al Munawarah.”
The literal meaning of Madinah al Munawarah is a city whose inhabitants are highly cultured and whose culture is illuminated by the revelation of the Qur’an and at the same time becomes the embryo of civil society.

Furthermore, the spread of Islamic teachings to all corners of the earth will not be separated from the role of the mosque.
As for the mosques built in new areas around the world, each then keeps a record of da’wah, a record of struggle and a record of dialogue across civilizations.

The Role of Islamic Civilization
Although Islam is recorded as the last religion to be part of the trajectory of world history, but as a relatively new teaching, Islam has played a central role in building a just world civilization.
Starting from the appointment of the Prophet Muhammad in the city of Mecca to his hijrah to the city of Medina, where he then declared a government based on the teachings of Monotheism, Islam began to spread its universal message to every nation.

The role of the greatest human being of all time is what reinforces the image of the Prophet’s mosque as the center of human civilization in his time, where the best cadres of his upbringing, walked across time and space carrying the messages of Islam which is Rahmatan Lil Alamin.

Until every mosque that is now scattered in various parts of the world has become a catalyst between the value of Islam rahmatan Lil Alamin which is universal with the cultural values of a nation that is local, this has given birth to a dynamic and humanist Islamic civilization.

The realization of this noble Islamic civilization makes the mosque a representation of the existence of down-to-earth divine values.
