Overview of Yayasan Amanah Kita
Departing from the awareness of the greatness of Islamic civilization and the strategic position of Indonesia with a strong diversity and filled with peace, amid extraordinary natural wealth, this can be interpreted as a divine gift that should be guarded and grateful.
For this reason, Muslims in the country are called upon to maintain and preserve the Islamic civilization of the archipelago which is intertwined with the Islamic civilization of the world, as a mandate that we must advance together.
For this reason, it is believed that the mosque is the most important part that is inseparable from the history of the spread of Islam on earth among other interrelated elements.
The mosque is also a museum of civilization that keeps a track record of the journey of the scholars in preaching the message of Muhammad SAW.
So with the intention of achieving the pleasure of Allah and as a mandate of the people in maintaining the existence of the history of the mosque, a foundation was established under the name “Amanah Kita,” as a form of moral responsibility in preserving the history, culture and civilization of Islam by promoting noble morals.
Furthermore, the Amanah Kita Foundation even made the phrase “Walyatalaththaf,” as the foundation logo as well as the spirit of the movement that can inspire the younger generation of Islam to take part together in the movement to preserve the historical centers of Islamic civilization.
The Amanah Kita foundation also formulates the purpose of the people’s mandate in the form of a work program that contains aspects of terminology; vertical assignments (Worship to Allah) with horizontal applications (Service among humans).
